For Digital Products/Subscriptions:
- Purchases of digital products, including courses or subscriptions, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase if no access has occurred.
For Physical Products:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
